Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce & Staffing:
  • Run recruitment, staffing, payroll, and employee administration
  • Ensure employment compliance across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead a team of two, allocate responsibilities, and manage performance
  • Supplier & Client Management:
  • Manage staffing agencies and service providers — contracts, performance, compliance
  • Maintain client and external partner relationships
  • Branch Operations & Compliance:
  • Oversee branch operations, corporate compliance, and government coordination
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track deliverables, and drive process improvements
  • Deep Malaysian experience with an established local network
  • Malaysian employment law, corporate requirements, government processes
  • Experience supervising small teams
  • High integrity, discretion, sound commercial judgment
