Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, located in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, implementing manufacturing engineering principles, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of production. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and developing innovative solutions to enhance product performance. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering
• Hands-on working experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with plastic injection molding & assembly automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering and Science disciplines
