Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Production line process running and maintenance

Responsible for the long-term running and testing of the process section under jurisdiction. Daily management of the verification and correction of process parameters in the process section. Ensuring the stable operation of the process.

In response to process abnormalities on the production line, arrange engineers to handle them in a timely manner and analyze them to form a report.

When major abnormalities occur on the production line, it is necessary to promptly arrive at the abnormal site in the workshop and direct the handling.

Complete the specified department KPI indicators

Receive and decompose the department KPI indicators, formulate and implement the next-stage plan.

Formulate the annual indicators and action plans for the team, be responsible for the evaluation, summary and improvement of monthly/annual KPI, and be responsible for the KPI results of the team.

2.Production line process optimization and improvement

According to the running situation of the production line , combined with the actual problems existing in the production line , formulate a reasonable improvement plan, and arrange engineers to carry out process optimization verification.

Investigate the process formulas and improvement plans of other companies, and verify them in combination with the actual situation of the workshop.

For newly introduced processes, formulate the initial process control scope and requirements, give dynamic feedback and adjustment in combination with the actual situation, and at the same time point out the existing problems in the process and give reasonable suggestions.

3.Personnel management and training

Reasonably arrange the work of the managed personnel, clarify their job responsibilities, ensure the stable operation and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

Supervise the work completion of the managed personnel, promptly correct their work problems and require them to improve themself.

Responsible for the assessment and evaluation of subordinates, and put forward suggestions for the appointment of subordinates

Train the managed personnel, improve their skill levels, actively carry out team building and ensure a good team atmosphere

Complete the tasks assigned by the leader

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, and those with excellent performance can be relaxed to junior college; able to understand English materials, write English documents and conduct simple English communication.

Industry experience: More than 3 years of work experience in the photovoltaic cell field, familiar with the process of crystalline silicon cells, and those with TOPCon cell experience are preferred.

Project experience: Require more than one year of project experience in working on photovoltaic cells in Southeast Asia; Need experience in independently completing projects or process alteration and optimizations.

Skill experience: Proficiency in knowledge of a certain process section, rich experience in handling on-site abnormalities and efficiency improvement, certain equipment operation and test characterization analysis capabilities, proficient in office software and common photovoltaic software;

Willing to business trips to different countries is a plus.
