Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Execute and manage marketing and communication programs/campaigns for MOD and individual hospitals across Malaysia.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build brand equity, increase market share, and grow revenue for the respective hospitals. Set clear KPIs and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Content Creation and Proofreading: Create compelling copy for various communication materials including campaigns, webpages, leaflets, brochures, newsletters, and video scripts.
- Conduct thorough research prior to copywriting.
- Review and edit communication materials for accuracy and consistency across formats and channels.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with hospital marketing teams and other departments to plan and execute tailored marketing and communication strategies based on well-researched consumer insights and competitive analysis.
- Campaign Management and Monitoring: Execute, manage, and monitor all A&P (advertising and promotion) campaigns/programmes at MOD and individual hospitals.
- Set clear KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and assess overall performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Marketing Mix Implementation: Ensure the execution of an effective marketing mix based on well-researched consumer insights and a thorough understanding of the company's competitive strengths and operational capabilities.
- Budget Management: Effectively utilise the allocated budget, monitor expenditure, and measure the ROI of campaigns and activities.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media: Leverage digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and increase share of voice (SOV) and positive word-of-mouth (WOM).
- Innovation and Growth: Continuously seek new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and establish IHH Healthcare Malaysia Hospitals as the leading preferred healthcare provider in Malaysia.
- Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Prepare proposals and presentation materials for the Head of Department (HOD), management, partners, and vendors.
- Policy Formulation: Formulate and update marketing policies and procedures to meet current work requirements.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors or as directed.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, with a strong ability to utilize these channels effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors.
