Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for in-app assets (eg. homepage banners, push notifications) governing policy with an official framework to manage assets, including personalization that ensure content relevancy to users and a good balance of promotional, engagement and campaign awareness
  • Handle all visibility request and asset allocation with the ability to suggest appropriate visibility for each campaign / initiative types
  • Define and build target user segments for content personalization to maximize relevance and commercial result
  • Represent TH as a local PIC to work with regional team for new feature improvement

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Content Operations, Digital Marketing, or App Operations.
  • Analytical Mindset : Comfortable working with data to understand user behavior and campaign performance
  • Data-driven : able to make informative business decision based on sufficient data back-up and able to translate qualitative measures into a quantifiable metrics
  • Operational excellence : Strong project management skills with the ability to manage different projects / campaigns being requested from multiple stakeholders
  • Able to work on simple automation process / tools to optimize team workload and reduce errors
  • Has experience in working on process improvement using optimization or automation tools
