Malaysia or Indonesia team.
As a
Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring all project timelines, assets, approvals, reporting, and follow-up activities are managed effectively. By collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Head of Brand Communications, you will help maintain smooth workflows, manage competing priorities, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with brand requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience and should be confident in using marketing platforms and tools to support campaign planning, digital asset management, approval workflows, performance reporting, presentations, spreadsheet analysis, and multi-channel campaign delivery..
What You'll Do
We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team
Malaysia.
The Role Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate campaign timelines, milestones and deliverables across 12-month planning cycles.
- Maintain campaign planning documentation, including flighting schedules, budget trackers, asset lists, approval status and key delivery updates.
- Manage the development of creative assets by liaising with creative teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage campaign approvals and launch readiness, ensuring assets are reviewed, approved, complete and ready before go-live.
- Review and proofread creative outputs for quality, accuracy, spelling, grammar, tone of voice, brand alignment and platform specifications.
- Maintain organised libraries of approved marketing assets and campaign documentation.
- Prepare campaign review materials, stakeholder updates, meeting notes, reporting summaries and clear PowerPoint presentations.
What You'll Have
- Secondary school education or equivalent and 7+ years relevant experience. Advanced support position, performing assignments that are broad and complex in nature.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across channels, teams and time zones.
- Clear, professional communication skills, with the confidence to share updates, manage inputs and influence stakeholders where needed.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, supported by strong Excel and spreadsheet capability.
- Good judgement on creative quality, brand consistency, tone of voice and campaign readiness.
- Experience in marketing, communications, campaign support, creative production or a related coordination role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing channels.
- Practical and proactive, with the willingness to take ownership and help get the work done.
- Routinely makes decisions that involve independent judgment to determine a course of action which is consistent with established functional policies and goals covered only by general procedures; Supervision at this level is extremely infrequent and is typically necessary only to understand departmental goals and work objectives. Able to lead and/or train lesser seasoned individuals in daily work assignments and performance oversight.
- Under limited supervision, plans and conducts and may supervise work of self and others. Has ability to lead project teams, business unit, or department. May participate in cross-functional collaboration.
- Has no direct or indirect reports, but may take a lead role in project type assignments.
- Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, persuading and influencing through participation in the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and reports.
- Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues with systems, processes and tools.
