Senior Marketing Executive (6-month contract)
Goldheart Jewelry is evolving how a heritage brand connects with a new generation of romantics, achievers and self-gifters. As Senior Marketing Executive, Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bringing brand campaigns to life across multiple customer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless connection between branding, PR, retail marketing and events.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that span product launches, seasonal retail moments, tactical promotions and customer engagement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Branding, Content, Creative, Retail Operations, E-commerce and Events teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution, with exposure to 360° marketing across retail, digital and experiential channels.
What you'll own
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal retail moments and key business priorities.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment across Branding, Content, Creative and Retail Operations
- Ensure campaign messaging and visual identity are implemented consistently across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist in translating brand strategies into actionable marketing initiatives that drive both brand awareness and commercial performance.
Retail Activations & Customer Engagement
- Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives that bring campaigns and product stories to life within boutiques and retail environments.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure boutiques are campaign-ready and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the development and execution of tactical retail initiatives, customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns to drive traffic, conversion and sales.
- Monitor execution standards across boutiques and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, customer activations and experiential marketing initiatives including:
- Boutique events
- VIP customer events
- Mall atrium activations
- Corporate staff sales
- Campaign launches and promotional roadshows
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, guest experience and on-site operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with the Events and PR team to bring marketing campaigns to life through engaging customer experiences.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and support opportunities for brand partnerships, mall collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, landlords, vendors and agencies.
Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Manage campaign calendars, project timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
- Coordinate production and deployment of campaign assets, POSM and promotional materials.
- Liaise with agencies, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all campaigns and activations are delivered accurately, efficiently and within budget.
Campaign Reporting & Insights
- Track campaign and activation performance across marketing channels and retail touchpoints.
- Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports including customer engagement, traffic, sales and ROI metrics.
- Identify key learnings and recommendations to optimise future campaigns and activations.

- Development into a future Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager with broad 360° marketing exposure.
About you
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing campaigns, executing brand events, retail activations or campaign launches.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong interest in lifestyle marketing, brand storytelling and experiential marketing.
