Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Kota Damansara. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, coordinating marketing activities, and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, they will be involved in sales strategies, promoting products and services, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Assist in developing and delivering National Marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from concept and consumer testing to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Independently manage specific projects, including goal setting, sales projection, budget management, and in-store execution.

  • Agency and Partner Management:

  • Coordinate with external creative, media, production, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

  • Media and Channel Management:
  • Collaborate on media planning and placement across channels (TV, Print, Radio, Digital, etc.) to drive trial and repeat usage.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement learnings for future activities.

  • Brand Stewardship:
  • Support initiatives to enhance brand position and perception, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with trademarks and logos.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in marketing programs through planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize customer engagement and maximize ROI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
