This role blendsclient servicing, campaign execution, and hands-on content creation.
- Take ownership of project timelines, campaign planning, and execution across digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, XHS, web).
- Act as the main contact for clients, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create content (short-form videos, visuals, copywriting) and sometimes appear on-camera.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure campaigns are optimized for results.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to creative brainstorming.
- Provide light mentorship to junior team members especially in onboarding new joiners, reviewing decks before AM submission, and sharing best practices during internal discussions or challenges.
- Track and review campaign results; prepare and present reports and performance insights to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with clients to ensure timely revenue collection.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor&aposs degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional experience can trump formal education.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, project management, and marketing.
- Hands-on experience in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, XHS).
- Able to edit videos using CapCut, JianYing, or equivalent tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
