Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and developing the strategic marketing plan for the company.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Implementing active digital campaigns to develop brand awareness and generating leads using social media platforms, electronic direct marketing (EDM) and website marketing.
- Developing and planning weekly and monthly social media content and calendars.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing activities.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Develop marketing material via adobe, canvas or relavant tools.
Develop short video clip for Social Media Marketing purpose weekly 1 or 2 video via any video tools inclusive AI video tools.
Requirements
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience managing websites, Search Engine Optimization, database marketing, social media marketing and running targeted online campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage different formats of content: videos, social content, Instagram Stories/ Reels. Must be able to work with Canva, Adobe Illustrator and/ Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Google ads and google ads manager is an added advantage.
- Able to use Mailchimp for email marketing is an added advantage.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and analyzing data using tools like Google analytics.
- Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 years experience in digital marketing.
- Degree in Marketing or any related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience and meeting all required skills will be considered.
