What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, including product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution while monitoring performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Support product marketing by developing product positioning, key selling points, and marketing communication strategies.
- Prepare and manage product marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels by implementing corporate branding guidelines and coordinating creative asset development.
- Collaborate with digital marketing vendors to support social media, email, and community marketing initiatives while tracking engagement and campaign performance.
- Develop dealer marketing tools, gather dealer feedback and market insights, and recommend improvements to strengthen dealer marketing effectiveness.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in MLM, direct selling, beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with basic Canva skills; experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
