Senior Marketing Executive (Property)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital strategies to support property sales targets.
• Create engaging digital content including social media posts, videos, reels, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market surveys to identify trends and support marketing strategies.
• Assist in feasibility studies, product planning, pricing strategies, and positioning recommendations.
• Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, sales events, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, reports, and market intelligence updates.
• Support sales activities, CRM initiatives, purchaser engagement programmes, and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors on marketing collaterals, advertisements, and branding activities.
• Assist in property marketing documentation, including DL and AP applications, and liaise with relevant authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in property marketing, digital marketing, sales, market research, or CRM is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with good understanding of digital content creation, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel or work during events when required.
