Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Marketing Executive or Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends across multiple countries to support strategic business planning
- Design, manage, and analyze customer surveys, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data collection
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to track market trends, campaign performance, and social media insights
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management and sales teams
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns and social media content with business priorities
- Manage social media platforms across Vietnam, China, and Indonesia, including content planning, publishing, and basic paid campaign execution
- Maintain and optimize the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, relevant, and user-friendly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, market research, or data analytics
- Strong experience in social media management and content planning, with basic exposure to paid campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, with strong dashboard and reporting capabilities
- Experience managing WordPress websites
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and coordination skills
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
