About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Manager, IUTA Business Development to join our Asset Management business. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and activities for both conventional and Islamic fund offerings, with the goal of achieving the Company's overall performance targets. You will play a key role in strengthening product visibility, enhancing distribution effectiveness, and supporting business growth across the retail investment landscapeparticularly through IUTA (Institutional Unit Trust Adviser) channels.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and business performance across all fund offerings
  • Support business development efforts by collaborating closely with IUTA partners to enhance product penetration and sales effectiveness
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and brand standards
  • Monitor and optimise marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI while adhering to allocated operating expenses
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional efforts, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Analyse sales trends, investor behaviour, and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Uphold the reputation and integrity of the department, Investment Bank, and Group through high-quality work and ethical practices
  • Work independently with guidance from superiors, contributing proactively towards departmental and company-wide objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of Asset Management experience within the financial services industry, with strong exposure to retail marketing
  • Degree in Business, Banking, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Driven, proactive, and passionate about the financial and investment industry
  • Strong understanding and interest in the development of retail investment products, especially in the Malaysian market
  • Ability to work independently under broad policy guidance and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
  • Familiarity with capital market guidelines, product requirements, and marketing compliance standards
