We're looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader to own two things: a demand (marketing) operations team supporting campaigns across our Western Markets (US, UK, ANZ, EU), and the project management of cross-market partner and merchant initiatives. If you thrive at the intersection of people leadership and regional growth acceleration, this role is perfect for you.

What You Will Do

Pillar 1: Demand Operations Team Leadership

  • Set clear goals, KPI's, and track development plans for each associate
  • Assist the team in navigating stakeholder management (e.g., to the marketing managers in the markets they service)
  • Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and training needs to drive operational efficiency improvements and support in optimizing them through better process or tools
  • Push and challenge the team to consistently improve quality and performance of their deliverables; never settle for the status quo

Pillar 2: Regional Project Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for cross-market campaign coordination, keeping all internal and external stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage multi-market campaign budgets and ensure each market is executing against the plan
  • Run project governance – facilitating syncs, sharing updates with stakeholders, and flagging risks or blockers early
  • Own the post-campaign performance analysis and post-mortem wrap report
  • Build and refine a scalable playbook for how multi-market campaigns should be planned, executed, and measured

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing, campaign management, or related field, with at least 3+ years managing a team
  • Proven track record of operational excellence and program management across multiple regions, markets, or stakeholders simultaneously
  • High degree of business acumen and data analysis – able to report on marketing campaign performance, track budgets, and conduct thorough post-mortem analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, driving alignment and collaboration without direct oversight of all functions, having managed teams of 4+ people
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on growth and innovation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Western Markets (US, UK, ANZ, EU) is preferred
