About The Company

My client, an established property group known for its landmark developments is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead its core marketing division. This Senior Marketing Manager, requires a dedicated individual to oversee all brand strategies, digital and traditional campaigns, and market positioning across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth and significantly enhance the corporate profile.

About The Job

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of sales launches and integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, on-ground) that effectively drive sales and maximise ROI across new and existing projects.
  • Team Management & Coaching: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing project marketing team, fostering an agile and results-focused culture.
  • Brand Stewardship & Market Insights: Oversee brand consistency, creation of all marketing collateral, and actively utilise market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic product positioning and pricing.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management: Ensure cohesive marketing efforts by collaborating closely with Sales, Product Development, and other internal teams. Effectively manage relationships with external agencies, media, and key government bodies.
  • Compliance & Reporting Mastery: Critically, the role requires meticulous management of MOH (Ministry of Housing) compliance, including timely processing of Developers Licenses, Advertising Permits (e.g., Form 7F, 7E), and accurate management reporting.

Skills And Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the property development industry is required.
  • Deep understanding of Malaysia's property market trends and buyer behaviour, enabling effective positioning and strategy formulation.
  • Proven track record in leading, mentoring, and developing project marketing teams.
