Job Description

The position holder will be responsible in developing and executing 360 marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, this includes marketing, advertising, publicity, influencers management, and events.

Major Responsibilities

1. To develop comprehensive annual 360 marketing plans that are aligned with overall business objectives.

2. Lead the marketing mix strategies (360/Offline/Digital/Retail/PR) through planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns. This includes creating compelling contents, select investment channels based on campaign needs and suitability, and manage within campaign budget to maximize return.

3. Lead and manage the creation or adaptation of communication copies and assets (ads, social, point of sales) with in-house graphic designer, ensuring all communications are aligned with brand strategy and image.

4. Develop and manage annual A&P marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend across channels that are align with overall business objectives. This includes monthly A&P expenses tracking, consistent measurement of campaign investment ROI and optimize budget performance through adjustments when deemed suitable.

5. Build and manage media and influencers relationships to maximize brand outreach through always-on initiatives or campaign based.

6. Remain up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and news, to leverage on digital platforms to reach and engage with target audiences through social media, performance media (SEO, Meta Ads, PMAX, etc) and digital ads.

7. To build/maintain relationship with new/existing partners to work on new collaborations that will generate more brand outreach, awareness and interest with target audiences.

8. Lead and manage the marketing team; foster collaboration with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external stakeholders.

9. Work closely with cross-functional departments to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, while ensuring seamless operational process.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in marketing, business, or related field.

• At least 10 years of working experience in Marketing functions.

• Experience in consumer/retail/FMCG/lifestyles/brands/agencies, would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

• Possess good interpersonal, communication, leadership, and analytical skills with ability to work under pressure.

• Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
