Team members collaborate across functions to deliver well-organized exhibitions and impactful marketing campaigns that support business growth.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Marketing Manager role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for TCE Baby exhibitions and related campaigns, overseeing planning, implementation, and performance analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing integrated marketing plans, coordinating digital and offline campaigns, overseeing content and creative assets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The role involves conducting market research, identifying audience insights, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns to achieve visitor growth and exhibitor satisfaction. The Senior Marketing Manager also mentors the marketing team, collaborates closely with sales, operations, and event teams, and reports on key marketing metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably within exhibitions, events, or consumer products.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing practices, including social media marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, and basic analytics tools.
  • Ability to oversee creative development, including briefing designers and writers, reviewing marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated skills in market research, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading and coaching a marketing team, with solid project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in baby, parenting, or consumer lifestyle brands, and familiarity with the Malaysian market, is highly beneficial.
