What You'll Do

Lead International Growth Marketing

  • Own strategy and execution across Asia Pacific and Europe, tailoring global vision for local markets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, from emerging markets to untapped customer segments.
  • Work side by side with Sales & BD to open doors, build awareness, and accelerate commercial traction.

Drive B2C Momentum

  • Launch digital campaigns and boost our DTC presence via Shopify and Amazon.
  • Build customer journeys that convert from awareness through purchase and retention.
  • Create demand through influencers, grassroots activations, and regional community programs.

Accelerate B2B Partnerships & Business Development

  • Partner with Sales & BD to design and execute lead generation campaigns that fuel the pipeline.
  • Build marketing programs with distributors, academies, and professional teams to expand reach.
  • Support account-based marketing, co-branded partner initiatives, and trade show/event activations.

Corporate Communications

  • Shape consistent messaging for media, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, announcements, and executive talking points when needed.
  • Build relationships with media, industry bodies, and key opinion leaders to strengthen visibility.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and broader corporate communications strategy.

Launch Products Like a Pro

  • Drive end-to-end product launches across regions, blending creativity with data-driven precision.
  • Build regional launch plans that resonate locally while staying true to Rapsodo's global brand.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to turn launches into measurable leads, opportunities, and sales wins.

Test, Track, Repeat

  • Dig into marketing and sales funnel data, spot what works, and double down.
  • Translate insights into actionable playbooks for demand generation and brand building.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in both B2B and B2C marketing performance.

Grow With Us

  • As markets expand, transition from a one-person growth engine into a mentor and team builder.
  • Create the processes, playbooks, and structure that future team members will scale.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador showing how marketing, sales, and communications can drive business together.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with proven success in Asia Pacific and/or Europe.

Strong experience in lead generation, demand creation, and marketing-sales alignment.

Familiarity with corporate communications concepts, including external messaging, media handling, and executive support.

A solid mix of digital marketing, brand building, and partner marketing.

Comfort with e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon), digital ads, and performance-driven campaigns.

Hands-on experience launching products and converting campaigns into sales pipeline.

High-energy, adaptable, and hungry to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

A self-starter who enjoys being both the thinker and the doer.

Excellent communicator who can work across cultures and functions.
