Senior/ Marketing Operations Executive
About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on operator to execute marketing campaigns directly inside TikTok Shop and Shopee.

This role is execution-heavy.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly inside TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centres and is comfortable executing campaigns hands-on daily.

What You'll Do
  • Set up campaigns directly in TikTok Shop & Shopee: Vouchers, bundles, flash deals, pricing
  • Execute GWP and promotional mechanics accurately
  • Ensure all campaigns go live correctly (no errors, no delays)
  • Coordinate with: Content team, Affiliate team, Ads team
  • Monitor daily GMV and product performance
  • Flag and fix issues fast (pricing errors, stock issues, campaign gaps)

Candidates with strong hands-on execution experience in platform operations will be prioritised.

Requirements
  1. You have personally set up campaigns in:
  2. TikTok Shop Seller Centre
  3. Shopee Seller Centre
  4. You understand: Vouchers, bundles, flash deals, pricing mechanics
  5. You are comfortable working hands-on daily inside platforms

Salary

RM3,500 – RM5,500 (based on experience)
