Senior Marketing Specialist (Events)

Role Summary:

We&aposre looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist (Events) to drive B2B event strategy and execution for our tech client, creating impactful experiences that amplify brand presence and accelerate business growth

Role:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring performance is tracked effectively
• Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources
• Serve as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners; provide clear briefs and oversee quality execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements
• Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, managing timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigating risks for successful execution
• Compile post-event reports analysing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments
• Proven track record managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget
• Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously
• Strong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors
• Experience managing international events is a plus
• Outcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC

Contract Type: 6 months
