Job Summary
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting communication and marketing activities, including content development, campaign execution, and event coordination. This role contributes to brand consistency and stakeholder engagement.
This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and edit communication materials. Support internal and external marketing campaigns. Assist in event planning and logistics. Maintain content libraries and communication calendars. Monitor campaign metrics and suggest improvements. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 57 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Proficiency in content creation and editing. Knowledge of marketing and communication strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with digital platforms and tools.
