• Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of M&E systems for data centers and other critical facilities.

• For Mechanical: Focus on HVAC, cooling systems, thermal load calculations, and airflow simulations.

• For Electrical: Focus on power distribution, UPS systems, generator plants, short circuit analysis, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them through design processes and project execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and clients, to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.

• Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and design documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.

• Support construction, testing, and commissioning activities, troubleshooting issues to verify system performance.

• Stay updated with the latest industry codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, IEEE).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in M&E design, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.

• Mechanical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cooling system design, CFD analysis, and thermal management.

• Electrical Expertise: Strong knowledge of power distribution design, fault analysis, and power quality management.

• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CFD tools, ETAP, SKM).

• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.
