Summary
The Senior Media Planner plays a key role in shaping media strategies that align with client objectives across both digital and traditional platforms. This position requires not only a solid understanding of media fundamentals and audience behaviors, but also the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective media plans. Most importantly, a passion for media. As a senior team member, you'll also support collaboration across internal teams and contribute to the ongoing development of media best practices while mentoring junior talent where needed.
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate media data and recommend effective media strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Ensure planned media are executed accurately and consistently.

- Maintain productive relationships with media owners, publishers, and platform partners.
- Conduct research and analysis using industry tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
- Monitor, track, and optimize media campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for assigned accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a media planning role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working under tight timelines and in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
