As a Senior Network Analyst (Material Planning), you will be responsible for end-to-end intercompany network planning and purchase order execution across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures timely PO placement, accurate delivery date management, and effective coordination between factories and customer service to support on-time customer delivery commitments. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Materials Management.
You Will Make an Impact by:
- Plan and execute intercompany purchase orders based on business demand and supply requirements.
- Coordinate procurement flows across multiple manufacturing sites (e.g., sourcing and transferring to other global plants).
- Ensure timely and accurate PO creation in the system.
- Proactively manage and update PO delivery dates to reflect realistic and achievable commitments.
- Communicate closely with manufacturing plants to align on production schedules and material availability.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure delivery commitments meet customer expectations.
- Identify risks in supply or timing and take corrective actions to prevent delivery delays.
- Monitor order execution performance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement in PO management and network planning processes.
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Skills You will Bring:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or at least 5+ years of related Network Planning experience.
- CPSM and/or APICS certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related Network Planning and Supply Chain experience (Production and Materials Planning).
- 1 - 2 years ERP system experience (SAP)
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Distribution Center management experience.
