Design, configure, and maintain core/distribution/access switching infrastructure across all sites
Support and troubleshoot connectivity between the SD-WAN gateway and local gateway routing to ensure stable site-to-site connectivity
Manage and optimize routing and VLAN segmentation for multi-site connectivity
Administer firewalls and network security controls to protect enterprise infrastructure
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless infrastructure (WLCs and APs), including coverage planning and RF optimization for warehouse and office environments
Contribute to infrastructure design for server rooms, including rack layout, UPS systems, and fiber/LAN cabling standards
Support CCTV network design and integration
Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and recovery planning for network-related incidents
Review vendor quotations, technical specifications, and implementation plans for network infrastructure projects
Collaborate with vendors, regional teams, and business stakeholders on project implementation and technical governance
Support monitoring and operational visibility efforts using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Elastic to proactively detect and resolve issues
Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalation support for critical incident
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
Active CCNP (Enterprise, Security, or Routing & Switching) or equivalent vendor certification (e.g., PCNSE, NSE 4-7, HCIP)
5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, with hands-on experience across switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless technologies
Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing multi-vendor network and security platforms, including Cisco, Huawei, Meraki, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
Strong knowledge of VLAN design, network segmentation strategies, and network security best practices
Experience with enterprise wireless platforms (WLC and AP deployment, RF planning, heatmap design)
Practical exposure to server room, MDF, and IDF infrastructure design, including structured cabling standards, racking layouts, UPS sizing, and cooling requirements
Prior experience supporting multi-site environments or networks in warehouse, logistics, or high-density retail environments is highly preferred
Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Elastic
Ability to define alerting thresholds, escalation rules, standby procedures, and on-call runbooks for critical services and events
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex network issues
Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, regional teams, and business stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure with flexible working hours
Ability to work onsite with occasional travel required
Must have a valid driving license owning a car is preferred
