Hiring: Senior Linux Network Operations Engineer

Location: Malaysia

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Network Operations Engineer to support and manage enterprise network and security infrastructure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems, with a strong focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

• Support network operations, incident management, and performance optimization

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall and VPN solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability, security, and availability

• Implement and support security and networking tools across enterprise environments

Required Skills:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Linux Administration and Network Operations

• Strong expertise in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)

• Experience with networking and security technologies including:

• NixOS
• Cilium
• Suricata
• nftables
• Zeek
• Intermediate knowledge of Fortinet and/or Cisco Firewalls
• Hands-on experience with Remote Access VPN solutions such as Cisco VPN, Fortinet VPN, and OpenVPN

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zscaler and/or SProxy

• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support experience

• Exposure to enterprise security and networking environments

Preferred Certifications:

RHCSA / RHCE (Red Hat Certifications)
