Our Client is a global logistics player and they are looking for an operational excellence professional to support continuous improvement initiatives across its operations. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency through structured improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support operational improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, waste identification, and process optimization.
- Sustain operational excellence standards across areas such as health & safety, workplace organization (5S), visual management, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) workshops, including Value Stream Mapping, process mapping, root cause analysis, FMEA, and structured problem-solving.
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive Lean initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review and guide site-level CI projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and deviations from standard processes.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to overall performance management frameworks.
- Support Lean maturity assessments and deliver training programs such as Kaizen and 5S.
Requirements- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement within logistics, 3PL, or a similar operational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Willingness to travel for project-based assignments when required.
