Senior Executive Operations
Basic Salary : RM4.5-RM6.5k
Are you passionate about logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment We're looking for a Senior Executive Operations to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth end-to-end shipment operations, managing logistics partners, and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage shipment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Source and negotiate for the best shipping rates and identify potential business opportunities.
- Handle import/export documentation and liaise with carriers, contractors, and customers.
- Plan and monitor collection and delivery schedules to meet shipment deadlines.
- Ensure COD payments are collected before the release of shipping documents.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational matters efficiently.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them reach their performance goals.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to secure favorable terms.
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency across the department.
- Ensure all job files are closed promptly for month-end reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- High level of responsibility, endurance, and teamwork.
