Company Overview
We're looking for a highly capable, commercially minded and proactive Senior Operations Executive to help strengthen and scale the operational backbone of the business.
We are looking for someone who wants to deeply understand how a modern e-commerce business operates across supply chain, inventory, forecasting, procurement, profitability and operational performance.
You will work directly with Leadership across day-to-day operations and business planning, with meaningful exposure to operational strategy, financial visibility and growth initiatives. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a broader operational managerial position for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive day-to-day business operations across inventory, fulfilment, procurement and supply chain functions
- Monitor inventory health, replenishment cycles and stock forecasting across Shopify, marketplaces and retail channels
- Assist management in preparing financial projections, operational forecasts and cash flow planning
- Analyse business, product and channel profitability to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational execution
- Support the development and improvement of SOPs, operational systems and reporting structures
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience and e-commerce teams to support launches, campaigns and growth initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and performance insights for management review
- Support procurement planning, vendor negotiations and cost optimisation initiatives
- Help build operational visibility and structure to support long-term business scaling
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, e-commerce operations or business operations roles
- Strong e-commerce operational experience is essential
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills with the ability to connect operational performance to business outcomes
- Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, budgeting or cash flow tracking is highly advantageous
- Experience in consumer brands, FMCG, retail or fast-paced startup environments preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify, marketplaces - Shopee, TikTok Shop, Xero, Inventory Systems or operational reporting systems is a plus
- Strong ownership mentality with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment
