Job Description

Key Responsiblities

  • Ensures and facilitates a smooth flow of communication within departments to avoid confusion.
  • Handles purchasing activities, liaises with regional operations/suppliers/principals, ensures the timely arrival of shipments.
  • Verifies supplier's invoice and collaborates with Sales and Accounts department to facilitate payment processes.
  • Processes customer's orders, verifies pricing, payment method, customer information.
  • Resolves customer queries or order issues, ensures order fulfillment is on time.
  • Monitors inventory levels, ensures inventory accuracy, liaise with Sales to generates purchase requisitions.
  • Assists with stock counting and updating stock records.
  • Handling goods, picking, packing, labeling items, ensuring proper storage and organization in the storeroom.
  • Ensure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced.
  • Handles, follows up on and closure of products complaints.
  • Coordinates shipments, handles custom clearance process, transportation and logistics activities, works with dispatch team, courier service, transporter, monitors delivery performance, and ensures cost efficiency.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines.
  • Candidate with 1-2 years working experience in related field and familiar with SAP system will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment & work independently.
  • PC literate.
  • Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
