The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with expertise in large rotating equipment, electrical systems, PLC, and static process systems.
Salary budget : Up to RM 25K a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to achieve plant reliability goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance data
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability principles, and asset management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
