Our client, a global organization undergoing an Oracle EBS-to-Cloud transformation, is hiring for two Senior Business Systems Analyst roles as part of this initiative — one focused on Supply Chain in the JAPAC region, and one focused on Financials. Both roles are hands-on, techno-functional positions supporting Oracle EBS R12/11i production while leading the transition to Oracle Cloud.
What you'll do:
- Lead or support Oracle Cloud implementation alongside existing Oracle EBS production support
- Facilitate business process discussions and translate them into Business Requirements and Functional Design documents
- Configure Oracle modules directly and validate technical design with developers
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training
- Drive process improvement recommendations across the business
What we're looking for:
- Deep tech-functional Oracle experience — EBS R12/11i and/or Oracle Cloud (Fusion/SCM)
- Module expertise in either:
- Supply Chain track: Order Management, Pricing, Quoting, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Shipping
- Financials track: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Cash Management, Tax
- Experience with FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher, or SQL-level troubleshooting
- Full life-cycle Oracle implementation experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
