Senior Order Management Specialist (Japanese Speaker)

The Senior Order Management Specialist (Japanese Speaker) in the industrial/manufacturing industry will manage customer inquiries and logistics operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires proficiency in Japanese to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Description

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order creation, validation, processing, and fulfilment.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, customer service, and sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and transactional records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
• Business fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) to support business communication.
• Min 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within defined service level agreements.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
  

Job Offer

• Annual salary ranging from MYR 60,000 to MYR 120,000.
