Key Responsibilities
OT Standards & Governance
- Study, assess, and benchmark existing OT security standards, policies, and procedures across group companies
- Develop rationalized and harmonized OT security standards applicable to upstream, midstream, and downstream operations
- Define OT security governance frameworks aligned with corporate cybersecurity strategy
- Ensure standards are practical, auditable, and implementable across diverse site environments
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Engage with site automation, engineering, operations, and OT security teams
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and site assessments to gather technical and operational inputs
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders on OT security matters
- Coordinate with IT security teams to align IT–OT security controls and interfaces
Documentation & Technical Writing
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including:
- OT security standards and procedures
- Control implementation guidelines
- Risk assessment and gap analysis reports
- Compliance and governance documentation
- Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and suitable for executive, technical, and audit audiences
Required Skills & Experience
Industry & Domain Experience
- 15+ years of experience in OT / ICS security, with strong Oil & Gas industry exposure
- Hands-on experience across upstream, midstream, and downstream environments
- Proven experience in similar OT security consulting or governance roles
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of OT environments including:
- ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, SIS
- Industrial networks and protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, IEC protocols)
- Deep knowledge of OT security risk management, controls, and compliance
- Experience with OT security monitoring, segmentation, and access control concepts
