Description
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions in line with company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on OTC performance and cash flow analysis.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in OTC operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members when required.
