Job Description
- Manage the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform account reconciliations, including cash applications and customer billing.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company guidelines.
- Support audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior OTC Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
