We are seeking a Senior P2P (Japanese Speaker) professional to join the Accounting & Finance team within a leading industrial manufacturing MNC. Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Handle invoice processing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve P2P-related queries and discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Maintain and update financial records in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate and efficient communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation within the P2P function.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior P2P (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2), both written and spoken, to handle stakeholder communication.
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance, particularly in procure-to-pay processes.
- Min 1 year experience in P2P/AP/PTP/T&E. Candidates with AR experience are welcomed to apply.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience working in the Life Science industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
