Hilti is building a global in-house B2B Paid Media team, and we're looking for a Senior Paid Search & Programmatic Expert to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact digital advertising campaigns across search and programmatic channels. You'll own end-to-end the channel performance, collaborate closely with the Paid media team in Paris, and analytics, and act as a subject-matter expert.
What You'll do Paid Search Expertise & execution
- Own the strategy, planning, build, and maintenance of all Paid Media channels such as Performance Max, Display, Video and all the other relevant platforms used worldwide
- Develop and implement audience, targeting, creative testing, and bidding optimizations
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign tactics to maximize ROI
Programmatic Expertise & execution
- Lead strategy, plan and execute programmatic campaigns in the DSPs, ensuring they are set up correctly, paced effectively, and deliver against performance goals.
- Design and manage A/B testing calendar and roadmap, ensuring clear impact frameworks that can be easily scalable and implemented globally
- Act as a subject-matter expert across DSPs, specifically DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and Yahoo!, maintaining advanced certifications and platform knowledge across display, video, connected tv, digital audio, digital out of home, and retail media best practices and execution.
Governance, Analytics & Reporting
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain campaign governance including tracking, naming conventions, budget pacing, documentation and reporting aligned with global standards
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews for stakeholders, providing strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with global Paid Media team to implement best practices, create playbooks, and learnings from global campaigns
- Act as an expert guideand stay ahead of platform updates for continuous improvements and share it internally
- Collaborate with technology and platform partners to troubleshoot issues and unlock new solutions.
- Proactively identify new programmatic capabilities, betas, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
What You'll Bring
- 58+ years of proven experience driving Paid Search and programmatic performance globally with deep knowledge of regional market dynamics (B2B industry is preferable)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, Display, Video and programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade Desk) with the ability to troubleshoot and innovate within technical stacks
- Strong project-management track record (multimarket rollouts)
- Strong analytical skills, generating campaign insights & recommendations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- Fluency in English (required for our international environment).
