What you'll be doing:
✨ Drive corporate partnership and sales opportunities from lead generation to account management.
✨ Develop tailored partnership solutions, including corporate gifting, vouchers, promotional campaigns, collaborations, and employee engagement programmes.
✨ Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and partnership documentation.
✨ Plan and execute corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
✨ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on logistics, venue setup, transportation, manpower, and event operations.
✨ Conduct post-event evaluations and track partnership performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
✨ Build long-term relationships with corporate clients while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What we're looking for:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, Account Management, Event Management, or a related role.
✔ Proven experience managing B2B clients and cross-functional projects.
✔ Experience in the F&B, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industry is an advantage.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔ Customer-centric mindset with sound commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
