A reputable MNC Shared Services Centre is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Accounting Analyst to join their Malaysia office based in Selangor to manage global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in processing, accounting, and legal compliance.
Your new role
- Process and manage international payrolls accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and reconciliations for group finance.
- Ensure full statutory compliance with tax laws across various countries.
- Implement and improve payroll systems and processes.
- Involved in project migration and implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Background in Accounting or Finance or equivalent (degree required).
- SSC background is an advantage.
- Experience with global payroll systems and international compliance.
- Skills: Independent, structured, highly organised, and high integrity.
