Position: Senior Payroll Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 10am 7pm (Monday - Friday)
Preferred Background: Manufacturing, Retail, or Financial Consulting
Salary Range: RM4,000 RM5,000

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and input payroll data into the payroll system
- Maintain clients staff and payroll records
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, leave, and compensation calculations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest payroll requirements and regulations
- Execute payroll activities according to the set schedule
- Ensure accuracy and timely disbursement of payroll
- Comply with local regulatory reporting and statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit statutory remittances on time
- Deliver timely and precise year-end reporting
- Experience in manufacturing and retail environments is an added advantage
Requirements
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Independent, reliable, and a strong team player
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented and proactive
- 23 years of relevant payroll experience
