AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive for one of our brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the company's strategy across all paid digital marketing channels for the e-commerce platforms. Hence, you will be the key driver in strategizing, planning and executing all conversion campaigns across online channels, seeking out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results.
[Your Key Tasks] You will play an important role, such as:
- Strategize and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) across eCommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora and others) to achieve traffic and performance KPIs.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis, identifying opportunities to improve ROI, lead generation and overall effectiveness.
- Drive market-leading ROI by recommending the optimal digital channel mix through data-driven insights.
- Manage budget allocation effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with the brand's marketing team to optimize SEO and SEM for the brand's Online Store in alignment with the broader eCommerce strategy.
- Partner with external media agencies in campaign planning, execution, optimization and post-campaign performance reviews.
- Set up and implement on-site ads for marketplace platforms.
- Track and analyze ad performance, providing actionable insights and weekly reports to the eCommerce and marketing teams.
- Ensure campaign plans are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and share comprehensive monthly performance reports with relevant stakeholders across local, regional and headquarters offices.
[Key Skills & Experiences]
To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 3-4 years of proven experience, preferably within a multinational, eCommerce, retail, merchandising or health & beauty company.
- Expertise in performance marketing, media planning and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and media dashboards.
- Hands-on experience executing ad buys on Meta, Google and TikTok across multiple formats (display, video, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the competitive retail and digital landscape, ideally within the beauty industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
