This role is suited to someone who is already operating at a senior level and is comfortable being the person who figures things out, makes things happen and stays one step ahead.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Act as a trusted point of support to a senior executive, managing highly confidential personal and professional matters

  • Manage personal, family and lifestyle-related matters with discretion and sound judgment
  • Coordinate with external parties including professional advisors, service providers and other stakeholders

  • Anticipate upcoming requirements and proactively put plans in place before being asked
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment where circumstances can change quickly

What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years of strong PA / EA experience, ideally supporting a CEO, Founder, C-suite executive, entrepreneur or high-profile individual
  • Experience in a founder-led, entrepreneurial, family office, UHNW or similarly high-touch environment is highly advantageous
  • Strong exposure to international travel, cross-border coordination and complex personal logistics
  • Highly proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-moving or unexpected situations
  • Mature and discreet when handling sensitive personal, financial and business matters
  • Excellent and polished English communication skills, with flexibility to manage changing priorities and occasional urgent requests
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity when supporting personal and family matters

If you're already operating as a senior PA/EA and are looking for a role where your judgment, initiative and ability to anticipate truly matter, we'd like to hear from you!
