es1. Piping Engineering & Desi
- gnLead and manage all piping engineering activities from the FEED through to the Detailed Engineering phase
- .Prepare, review, and approve key piping deliverables, including design basis, philosophies, material specifications, piping layouts, isometrics, and stress analysis reports
- .Supervise the development of piping GA drawings, pipe support designs, and material take-offs (MTOs)
- .Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of piping engineers and designers
.2. 3D Model Coordination & Review (Core Focu
- s)Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, clash-free, and constructible 3D model that meets project specifications and international standards (ASME, API, ASTM)
- .Lead and organize 3D model review sessions (e.g., 30%, 60%, 90% reviews) with the client, multi-disciplinary teams (Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, HSE), and operations personnel
- .Act as the primary coordinator for all piping-related 3D model activities, ensuring proper integration of all disciplines designs. This includes reviewing and resolving clashes, addressing design punches, and ensuring the model reflects the latest engineering decisions
- .Proactively identify and propose design optimizations and value engineering opportunities through model reviews to reduce costs and optimize the schedule
- .Coordinate with the 3D Administrator (e.g., AVEVA E3D/PDMS, SP3D) to ensure the project libraries, databases, and model setup are correctly deployed and maintained
- .Utilize model review software such as Navisworks and SPR to check for interferences, validate design integrity, and ensure compliance with safety and operability requirements (e.g., access, handling, maintainability)

- onCoordinate all piping activities with other engineering disciplines and client representatives to ensure a seamless and integrated design
- .Interface with vendors and package equipment suppliers to review documentation and ensure proper integration of their equipment into the overall plant design and 3D model
- .Participate in HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and other key project studies
- .Support procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases by providing timely engineering solutions and resolving site queries

Required Qualifications & Experie
- nceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited universit
- y .Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in piping engineering and design, specifically within the Oil and Gas industry (onshore/offshore) . Experience in FEED and detailed engineering is essentia
- l .3D Model Coordination Experience: Must have a proven track record of leading and coordinating 3D model reviews and managing multi-discipline coordination within a 3D environment (e.g., E3D, PDMS, SP3D). Experience with software such as Navisworks and SPR is mandator
