Our client is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing solutions, serving global customers across various industries. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Planning Executive to support production planning and material coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production activities based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Manage production schedules and material planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Monitor material availability and work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to avoid shortages.
- Execute and maintain MRP activities to support production demand.
- Track inventory and material status to ensure on-time delivery commitments.
- Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and production-related changes.
- Analyze production capacity, demand forecasts, and scheduling requirements.
- Support month-end inventory reporting and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist management in achieving production, quality, and delivery targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Good understanding of MRP, production scheduling, inventory control, and demand planning.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in contract manufacturing, electronics, precision engineering, aerospace, or semiconductor industries is an advantage.
