Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Planning Officer, based in Pasir Gudang. The Senior Planning Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives, ensuring resource optimization, and driving business goals. Responsibilities include urban and project planning, analyzing data to create actionable insights, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Planning, Urban Planning, and Project Planning to effectively manage and implement project goals.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to dynamic work environments effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience as a planner or in a related field will be considered an advantage.
