Senior Platform Engineer

Description:

• A Platform Engineering Consultant to support the day-to-day operations, stability, and continuous improvement of our Developer Platform, ensuring reliable and secure services for engineering teams.
• Monitor platform health, manage incidents and service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to developers on platform adoption and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Working closely with DevOps and development teams, you will help remove operational bottlenecks, improve developer experience, and drive adoption of CI/CD and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the evaluation, testing, and implementation of platform components, including proof-of-concepts, upgrades, and technology enhancements to ensure production-ready solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions), scripting or automation (Go, Python, Terraform, or Shell), cloud infrastructure administration, and artifact repositories such as JFrog or Azure Container Registry.
• Experience with Azure AD integrations, API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for enabling developers while continuously improving enterprise-scale software delivery practices are essential for success in this role.
