Senior Principal Engineer Process Integration

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop new manufacturing platforms for existing products, balancing cost, quality and productivity.
• Lead complex technical problem-solving across Pre-Assembly, Assembly and Test.
• Drive FOL–BE and BE–BE process integration and analyse Process–Equipment–Material interactions.
• Establish technical directions and drive continuous improvement through data and quality indicators.
• Provide technical governance for new package/product introduction, process development and product stability.
• Lead quality and productivity improvement initiatives to achieve key Quality, Productivity and Speed KPIs.
• Drive innovative solutions through AI, data analytics, digitalisation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Requirements

• Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Science, Manufacturing or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant semiconductor experience in Process/Material/Equipment Engineering or Package Development.
• Strong knowledge of FOL & EOL processes and development.
• Hands-on experience with 8D, DOE, SPC, FMEA and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong technical, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical issues and make fast, effective decisions.
• AI / Machine Learning / Data Analytics / Digital Manufacturing / Smart Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
