Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain process technical documents, standards, and specifications.
- Establish and optimize process parameters, technical indicators, and material/energy consumption standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production, resolving process-related issues promptly.
- Analyze process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
- Manage and disposition non-conforming products and support handling of obsolete materials.
- Conduct process trials, experiments, and validations to support product and process improvements.
- Maintain SAP system data, including BOM and inspection plans, ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Train production staff and monitor process compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and safety practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong technical skills in chemical processes and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills with independent thinking and learning ability.
